Account Services Representative
Fenix Outdoor, the parent company of beloved outdoor brands like Fjällräven, Hanwag, and Royal Robbins, is looking for an experienced Account Services professional to join our team in Aurora, Colorado, near Denver. As part of our team, you’ll be connecting with retailers, distributors, and other partners who help inspire more people to explore nature.
This position is with Fenix Outdoor, the parent company of our iconic Fjällräven brand.

The wage range for this role is $19.50-$21.50 per hour.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Services Representative with a knack for managing details, communicating clearly, and creating excellent experiences for our wholesale partners. You’ll manage the wholesale order book for a group of assigned sales representatives, coordinating closely to ensure all account needs are met.
As part of a high-energy team, you’ll work efficiently and flexibly, embracing opportunities to support teammates and overcome challenges. If you’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software, this role could be a great fit. Experience with ERP systems (such as Microsoft AX) or CRM tools like Zendesk is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valuable.
This position will report to the Manager of Account Services and be in-person in our Aurora office near Denver, Colorado.
What You'll Do
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to assigned sales representatives and accounts
- Meeting pre-booking deadlines and managing all necessary pre-booking activities
- Offering regular updates to sales and accounts on open orders and production status
- Managing open orders to ensure accurate delivery dates and confirmed shipping details, including labeling and commercial document requirements
- Sharing new sales programs, booking opportunities, and product availability with assigned accounts
WHO YOU ARE
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer service role, ideally in dealer services or order management
- Clear, effective communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and task prioritization
- Comfort with technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust and achieve goals collaboratively
- A passion for process improvement and a proactive approach to making things better for customers, colleagues, and the company
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX) and/or Zendesk
- Data analytics skills
