Integrated Marketing Manager - Latin America
Fjällräven is seeking in Integrated Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies across Latin America. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable brand experiences, drive product sell-through, and elevate our presence in wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping the regional marketing calendar, executing impactful campaigns, and supporting local events and activations.
This position is remote, preferably from the Mexico City area.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will oversee and execute regional marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote the Fjällräven brand across Latin America.
Campaign & Event Execution
- Lead the creation of regional go-to-market briefs, ensuring alignment with global strategies
- Support the development of the regional marketing calendar and budget, collaborating with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
- Deliver hands-on support for local events, product marketing, and brand activations across key markets
- Coordinate with local market leads to support regional activations, promotions, and events
- Manage brand ambassador relations and outreach in Latin America
Partner Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with wholesale partners to execute marketing campaigns both online and in-store
- Provide ongoing support and field questions from retail partners regarding campaigns, fixtures, and merchandising
- Oversee and optimize visual merchandising support and brand consistency across Latin American touchpoints
- Proactively support the marketing needs of retail partner stores and e-commerce websites
Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to gather and evaluate data on regional marketing campaign performance
- Build reports on media performance, event recaps, and budget tracking to support data-driven decision-making
WHO YOU ARE
You are a creative and strategic marketing professional with a strong background in regional campaigns, event execution, and cross-channel marketing. You excel at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, delivering impactful marketing initiatives, and driving results.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Considerable experience in brand or retail marketing, ideally in outdoor specialty channels or apparel
- Proven experience working on traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Experience providing marketing support to wholesale, trade, and retail businesses
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating complex campaigns
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
