B2B Account Representative
Location: Aurora, CO (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour (dependent on industry experience.
Fenix Outdoor, parent company of Fjällräven, Royal Robbins, Hanwag, and Devold of Norway, is looking for a customer service champion experienced in Account Services for our office near Denver, Colorado. This position is with Fenix Outdoor, the parent company of our iconic Fjällräven brand.
Our Account Services team is eager to welcome an experienced Account Representative to join our team in Aurora. We are searching for someone to jump in, manage the wholesale order book for assigned accounts and sales representative groups, and contribute to creating great customer experiences. This role calls for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and finds energy in balancing relationship-building, operational accuracy, and proactive communication.
Our ideal B2B Account Representative will be highly organized, a skilled communicator, and someone who brings a positive, helpful mindset to their work. Whether is’ supporting teammates, troubleshooting on account needs, or navigating multiple systems, you approach each day with flexibility, curiosity, and a drive to deliver high-quality results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you’ll step into the flow of our seasonal wholesale cycle, maintaining order accuracy, communicating with sales partners, and ensuring our accounts receive the timely, detailed support they depend on.
Expect the responsibilities to include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Provide day-to-day support to our wholesale accounts and sales representative groups
· Ensure pre-booking deadlines are met and required pre-booking activities are completed
· Provide regular updates to sales and accounts on all open orders and production
· Manage all open orders to ensure delivery dates are met and shipping destinations and other order details are confirmed, including VAS requirements (labeling, shipping, commercial documents, etc.)
· Communicate new sales programs, booking programs, and at-once availability to assigned sales representative groups and accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
You’ve had 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a dealer services or order management role
Communication is a strength for you. Whether verbal or written, you can get important ideas and points across in a clear and concise manner.
You pay attention to details and prioritize tasks effectively. Through organizing and time management, you make sure you can approach daily tasks with passion, positivity, and energy.
You pride yourself on the ability to learn, operate, and understand multiple systems
Working in a fast-paced work environment sounds exciting to you; you thrive under pressure and enjoy working toward ambitious goals
You are comfortable with technology and are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
You build trust and relationships with teammates and enjoy achieving goals and targets as a team
You want to make things better. Whether helping a customer, co-worker, or the company, you look for ways to improve process, service, and communication so everyone has a better experience.
Preferred (but not required):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Previous experience using ERP systems (especially Microsoft AX)
Experience with Zendesk
Data analytics skills strongly preferred
Experience supporting wholesale, retail, or consumer goods environments
