Junior Key Account Manager - Mexico

As our Junior Key Account Manager for Mexico, you will support selected wholesale accounts and online marketplaces, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to commercial growth. This role combines hands-on coordination with analytical thinking, helping us strengthen partnerships, improve performance, and represent our brand consistently across the Mexican market.
You will report to the Head of LATAM and collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product. Together, you will help ensure that our products are presented thoughtfully, delivered reliably, and supported by strong commercial visibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Account & Operational Execution
Support commercial and operational execution for selected Mexico wholesale accounts and online marketplaces, including order management, deliveries, and product data updates
Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring all assets and content meet brand standards
Help ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across all touchpoints
Data & Commercial Insight
Track and analyze sales performance and stock coverage to inform decision-making
Contribute to reliable reporting that provides clear commercial visibility to the team
Support forecasts, order tracking, and basic budget follow-up
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to align on account needs and shared objectives
Contribute to account and business development initiatives
Represent the brand professionally and consistently in all interactions
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER
High-quality execution across key accounts, including product data, launches, and campaigns
Clear, reliable reporting that supports commercial visibility and decision-making
Strong cross-functional coordination
Growing and well-managed partner relationships
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business, sales, e-commerce, or commercial operations
Fluent in English and Spanish
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
Strong analytical skills with confidence in using data to inform decisions
Organized, proactive, and resourceful, able to manage priorities independently
Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, solution-oriented environment
