Associate Creative Director - Americas
Location: Louisville, Colorado (HQ)
In-office: 4 days/week
Compensation: $115,000 annually
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) serves as the senior-most creative leader for the Americas, leading the Creative function across the region, translating business strategy into compelling campaigns and experiences that strengthen the Fjällräven brand and drive sustainable commercial growth. This role combines creative vision with operational excellence to build a high-performing team, establish scalable ways of working, and deliver exceptional creative across every touchpoint.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Product, Sales, and Global Creative to set priorities, align creative with business objectives, and deliver work that is strategically grounded, creatively distinctive, and commercially effective.
Success in this role means building both exceptional campaigns and the creative organization capable of delivering them year after year. In doing so, you’ll shape the future of Creative across the Americas by leading a high-performing team, cultivating a strong creative culture, and building the campaigns that define the next chapter of the Fjällräven brand.
